CA Sharks Lacrosse Club is Hong Kong's only lacrosse club catering to all ages and skill levels, offering a dynamic platform to experience the transformative power of lacrosse, known as the "Creator's Game" and "Medicine Game" by Native Americans. As a community sports club under the Hong Kong, China Lacrosse Association, we are committed to growing the sport and fostering elite development.

Youth
Development

Lacrosse Program for kids

4 to 6 years old: Fun - first, building confidence through play

7 to 8 years old: Getting the fundamental right, Throw, Catch, Shoot and Grow

​

9 to 10 years old: Uprising the individual skills as well as the conditioning

​

11 to 12 years old: Teamwork makes the dream work

Junior
Development

Adapting the real lacrosse game

10 to 13 years old: Boys or Girls with great fundamental are advised to start playing the sixes rules

13 to 16 years old: Gaining more experience via matches and meet the world

Road to Elite
Development

Adapting the real lacrosse game

16+ years old: Will be training with adults to get ready for competitive games
